The officers and board members of your alumni association put a lot of effort into making homecoming weekend an enjoyable experience. They’re stretched pretty thin and getting older. They need help. 7:30 am - 8:30 am Vendor and concession setup at city park.  All classes setting up tents should have them in place by 9:00 a.m.
All vendors must be approved by the Alumni Association.
Please contact the association if your class is planning
to set up a tent.
9:00 am Early Gathering in the Park & Visit Memorabilia Displays
at Carlisle United Methodist Church
Bring your lawn chairs!!!
10:00am - 1:30pm Lunch In The Park
Enjoy lunch in the parks with friends and classmates
Quiet Time - there will be no music playing during this time so you can enjoy visiting.

1:30 pm - 3:00 pm Alumni Program

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm Visit in the park and enjoy the Memorabilia Displays one last time
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm Disassemble and pack up memorabilia displays.  All classes should have their items removed from the Family Life Center at this time.
Volunteers are needed to assist with other memorabilia.
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm TBA
 
7:15 pm - 10:00 pm Class Parties and Get Togethers
If your class does not have a place to meet, come by the Elementary School Cafeteria and grab a table.  Bring your own refreshments and enjoy the fun. Plan to pick up after yourself.
